Quality control is a set of steps or guidelines designed to guarantee that a product or service meets certain performance standards.
All stages of production involve Quality Checking. The products are checked for weight, colour, size, fabric content, colour fastness, shrinkage etc.
Weaving stage – We follow 4 point American system.
Processing stage – We check each lot for colour fastness (dry and wet).
We also test for shrinkage and appearance after wash.
Stitching Stage – We ensure that the products match the buyer’s requirement in terms of size, packaging, overall appearance etc.
Production is done to produce a quality product.
We conform in totality to our buyer’s requirement.
Reduction in costing of production process.
